At TeraLube, we are committed to delivering high-quality automotive lubricants and performance additives. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

Returns may be requested within 7 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the product must:

- Be unopened, unused, and in its original sealed condition.
- Be returned in its original packaging with all labels intact.
- Include the original invoice or proof of purchase.

For safety and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened, used, contaminated, or tampered with.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged during shipping, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging. After verification, TeraLube will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method whenever possible. Processing times may vary depending on your bank, payment provider, or credit card issuer.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless they are damaged, defective, or supplied incorrectly:

- Opened or partially used lubricant or additive products.
- Products with broken safety seals.
- Clearance, promotional, or final-sale items.
- Custom or special-order products.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by TeraLube or the product is damaged or defective upon arrival. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.
